In addition to installing new plants, we specialize in retrofitting and upgrading existing plants with the latest technology from an ecological and economic standpoint. We work closely with our customers to design and implement the most effective and efficient solution for their needs.
  • Wet flue gas desulphurization plants based on the limestone/gypsum method or Dolomite/gypsum/magnesium method
  • Dry flue gas desulphurization plants with or without circulating fluidized bed using hydrated lime, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate as absorbent
Steuler Anlagenbau has developed a plant design featuring very high precipitation efficiency for flue gases with high concentrations of SOx, HCl and/or HF, achieving low emission values while maintaining minimal investment and operating costs.
Steuler Anlagenbau offers maximum flexibility and support in working together with their customers. As an EPC (general contractor) we supply both turnkey plants and individual services and plant components as required. In this case, completion work is performed by the customer or local contractor who renders partial services and deliveries on site. In addition to undertaking project planning, basic detail engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning work, Steuler Anlagenbau also offers a comprehensive after sales service. The maintenance, repair, spare parts supply and technical support services provided by Steuler ensure long-term safe and efficient plant operation
